Job Description

Nine West Group is currently seeking an Intern for the E-Commerce department. This role will support the E-Commerce team in all aspects of E-Commerce marketing and site management for the footwear brands. This individual will execute projects related to site updates, competitive analysis and partner marketing including email, search, and affiliate marketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:   

    • Website updates and marketing: Manage the day-to day website content updates/design changes and online promotion execution. Perform quality assurance on all assets to verify proper implementation.

    • Email Marketing: Assist the marketing manager in email marketing process through the stages of concept, creative, targeting, personalization, customer segmentation, offer, subject line, links, promotion codes, site support, approval sign-offs, QA, deployment, and analysis.

    • Affiliate Marketing: Manage and review partner sites for correct linking and creative placement.  Traffic creative through the approval process to strategic partners.

    • Partner marketing: Manage and review partner sites for correct promotional execution, linking, and banner placement. Work with Marketing Managers and Assistant Managers to optimize partner programs and suggest future opportunities. Assist in creation and support of partner specific programs and promotions.

    • Industry Awareness: Perform competitive analysis; review industry information for current trends and opportunities

    • Special projects as assigned and other duties as required

    • Marketing, Business, Consumer Behavior, Web Design/Usability coursework desired
