POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

Participate and lead activities related to enterprise integration design, development, implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and support for multiple project teams. Projects have system wide impact on integrations across the business.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

 

  • Responsible for enterprise integration architecture and recommend right platforms & tools.
  • Lead Strategic Integration Group (SIG) discussions, establish integration roadmaps to meet IT & business demands on availability, reusability, recoverability, scalability, and performance.
  • Be a technical evangelist for companywide adoption of ICC’s integration services.
  • Develop integration standards, guidelines, frameworks for various integration platforms/tools and train/mentor project/ICC teams on them.
  • Review all integration implementations, identify common patterns, design framework components and guide development team in implementing them.
  • Participate in development of integration system projects as the lead integration advisor; define the technical aspects of a project’s scope with assistance from the project team. Ensure integrations consistency across the organization.
  • Lead in implementing an effective Integration DevOps processes
  • Understand developed systems capabilities and ensure compliance to PVH standard in design, deployment, and support methodologies. Understand enterprise integration technologies from the perspective of both the integration-platform end user and technical architect.
  • Provide guidance on governance, standards, and incorporating integration best practices to developers from multiple project teams. Assist development/support teams in resolving complex issues.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, and development of enterprise integration capabilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise wide integrations using Enterprise Bus, API Management, ETL, Queue, and/or Messaging platforms

 

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree in programming, systems or computer science. 

 

Skills: 

  • Broad understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, security best practices, communication protocols/techniques and their alignment with common business strategies.
  • Broad in depth experience in implementing Enterprise Bus, API management, Cloud integrations, ETL, Queue, Event driven programming, Messaging and/or building enterprise services using REST/SOAP.
  • Strong experience in designing & implementing multi-layered integration architecture and/or complex technology-based projects.
  • Proficient in Java, .Net, JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
  • Strong experience in agile development, test driven development and DevOps processes.
  • In-depth experience in developing strategies, standards, governance and development processes.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong desire to learn new things and have curious mind
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver projects on time with high quality.
