Position Summary:
The role of the Imaging Specialist is to process and retouch images to expedite the studio image workflow for ecommerce and print and maintain the image database.
· Retouch images for print and web;
o Process RAW images from photo teams for use online and in print
o Apply custom or preset adjustments to achieve proper image color and contrast
o Perform retouching according to established guidelines; complete additional retouching requests as needed
o Verify image quality for receiving teams
o Act as liaison between retouching and photography teams
o Provide feedback to photographers to help achieve desired final image
· Accountable for traffic images
o Organize and maintain image database
o Verify accuracy of file names
o Transfer daily files and process images available for receiving
o Assist in restoring missing images
o Upload of digital assets from offsite photo shoots
o Maintain server organization
· Assist photo team in studio and on location to create file structure for capture
· Maintain equipment and workspaces; monitor condition of equipment and request repairs as needed and monitor supplies and request replenishment as needed.
· Additional duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience:
· 2+ years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), retail experience preferred
· Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
· Strong aptitude for prepress procedures/workflow to be able to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
· Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Self-starter with ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups
