Contract position
PrimaryResponsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Developsand executes reports and analysis on HR and payroll data on a regular basis
· Maintainsthe organizational structure of the organization in SAP
· Administerssecurity for HCM in SAP
· Administersthe applicant tracking system and assists in reporting
· Partnerswith HR and other functions to develop business requirements for any HR systemdevelopment or modifications
· Createstraining documentation and performs training with business partners
· Identifyareas of improvement for data integrity.
· Determinesand executes test plans for any system modifications
· Assistsin the administration of compensation and benefit plans as needed.
