Position:
Stella McCartney has an opening for a HR Assistant for a period of 6 months to support on a number of projects and administrative processes. Supporting the Senior HR Manager the HR Assistant will be involved in employee administration, recruitment, HRIS and data management and support on the coordination of learning & development and employee engagement projects.
Duties
- Drafting offer letters and other HR administration
- Preparing forms for Kering Shared Services team
- Working with managers to ensure accuracy in form filling
- Supporting new starters with the onboarding process and ensuring all paperwork is complete
- Clothing allowance letters and communication
- Adding employee data to WW HRIS
- Posts and reviews candidates through applicant tracking system
- Posts memo's and information on intranet site
- Ensuring leavers are processed accurately and updating Kering Shared Services
- Ensures a smooth onboarding process from an administrative process
- Helps to coordinate logistics of training and employee events ·
Profile:
- Previous HR administrative experience preferred
- Experience of retail
- Experience of working in or with a shared services team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong Excel skills
