Global Beauty Brand Keyholder
Our client, a global beauty brand is looking to add a Keyholder to the Greenwich, CT team. Candidates must be able to work full-time retail hours (5 days/week), including evenings and weekends. The salon is open 6 days per week (CLOSED Sundays) you must be completely flexible as schedules change from week to week. Beauty or Salon experience is not required, but a PLUS.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Handling a large volume of in-bound calls to book salon appointments
- Meet and greet our clients.
- Process all cancellations and verify the time and full name of the client.
- Oversee the front desk and make sure it is supplied with all promotional materials including tip envelopes, appointment cards, and service menus.
- Respond courteously to all client inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 6 months related reception and/or customer service experience in a salon/retail, luxury goods or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and superior customer service skills
- Experience with cash operations would be a plus.
- Strong administrative skill are essential
- Data entry/keyboard skills required
