QUALIFICATIONS The Opportunity   You consider yourself a Web UI Engineer, and are interested in working on cutting edge technologies to provide a first class solution.   A HBC Digital Front End Engineer is someone who   has intimate knowledge of web UI development best-practices and standards. has an advanced knowledge of JavaScript and CSS. liaises with design teams to review and contribute to wireframes and design documents with a view to producing a high-quality web UX for the end user. Technical Requirements:   Relevant experience building client-side web applications using a contemporary client-side MVC/MVVM framework. Working knowledge of integrating web applications with HTTP REST APIs. We use Play Framework (w/Scala) and Node.js on the server, knowledge of these or similar technologies is desirable.     Bonus Attributes:   Open to working on all parts of the software stack. Experience with web UI code testing. Good understanding of HTTP(S) and web servers/proxies.
