FREELANCE TRAINING DELIVERY SPECIALIST

Our fashion client in NYC is looking for a freelance Senior Manager for Change Management.

The primary responsibility of this position will be creating change management strategies.

Some other responsibilities include:

• Developing the employee engagement and change management goals
• Ensuring  objective are met on time and on budget
• Help lead a team responsible for business and/or systems process analysis, design, implementation, execution, and/or operational management.

Experience 
     

• 5-7 years work experience, minimum with 3 years in a leadership capacity 

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools 

• Experience in inventory management, buying or production a plus 

• Change management certification or designation a plus
