FREELANCE RETAIL OPERATIONS PROJECT COORDINATOR

Freelance Retail Operations Project Coordinator needed in NYC.

• Process orders 
• Communicate set up files/pricelists/availability lists 
• Review and transmit Markdown request (Semi Annual Sales) 
• Process marketing requests and follow up on their delivery 
• Provide status on orders 
• Provide product information 
• Provide pricing information 
• Support Marketing with shipment/coordination of Gift with Purchase (GWP) 
• Coordinate sample and gratis orders 

• 1-2 years business experience 
• International experience 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environment, and Excel in particular 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management 
• Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-culturally and build strong relationships 
• Fluency in English required, additional languages is a plus
