FREELANCE PHOTOSHOOT ASSISTANT & SAMPLE COORDINATOR

Casual style fashion company in San Francisco, CA is looking for a Freelance Photoshoot Assistant and Sample Coordinator. 

This role will support all aspects of planning, tracking and executing product messaging on the site. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Pull assortment reporting from Filemaker to help team prepare for pre-season strategy meetings 
• Partner with sample management team, catalog team, and product merchants to prepare sample racks for style-outs 
• Enter shot requests for seasonal product photography
• Create and maintain tracking document that will follow marketed styles through photography, creative review, and sales once marketing is live 

This client is looking for candidates with knowledge of Excel and Filemaker.
