FREELANCE FLEX PLM COORDINATOR

Popular women's fashion company is looking for a freelance Flex PLM Coordinator in NYC.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Acts as point person on strike off development details with vendor partners, design and regional offices. 
• Point person for Product Development support in PLM/Flex system 
• Creates and updates seasonal tracking charts to ensure timely review of submits and communication of comments through final approval of print, pattern and graphic strike offs. 
• Create & update bill of materials for adopted styles 
• Updating and mange color component chart in bill of materials 
• Move with speed and agility to support product assortment changes 
• Coordinates work flow of weekly updates to ensure composites are used as a timely communication tool with vendors, production, technical and merchandising. 
• Tracks development to ensure approval deadlines are met and manages expectations risk. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 
• 1-2 years product design/development experience 
• PC knowledge & proficient Adobe Illustrator 
• Detail oriented 
• Ability to focus, manage time effectively & have a sense of urgency 
• Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple projects successfully 
• Ability to maintain stability of performance under pressure 
• Effective and clear communication skills 
• Highly organized with an ability to trouble shoot and audit 
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
