Free People: Shoe Intern

Responsibilities

• Attend important buying meetings regarding product selection, development, design, and style
• Support the daily operations within the accessories buying area and develop partnerships with the assistant or associate buyer on all necessary tasks
• Brainstorm and research new products and trends for shoes
• Manage the flow of merchandise and sample coordination
• Assit in product development process of shoes

Qualifications

• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
• Rudimentary understanding of retail math
• Detail oriented
• Creative thinker
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Retail experience preferred

• Strong passion for product development
