FORECAST ANALYST

Job Description

The Forecast Analyst is responsible for gathering information to determine potential sales of our products.

• Review order activity in comparison to projected forecasts and work with the planning team on inventory shortages; pull and utilize inventory reports

• Review retail sales by account, identifying opportunities to maximize sales and minimize inventory liabilities

• Enter handoff's into our AS400/ABS systems for new style roll outs

• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyze collected data and adjust and extend forecasts according to trends and lead times

• Complete sales analysis and meeting prep; present analysis during customer meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree in Business required

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst, planner or inventory management

• Strong organizational skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills
