Financial Analyst (Wholesale) - CALVIN KLEIN

The Financial Analyst will provide general support for all Wholesale Finance functions including month end close, estimate, and budgetary process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Perform financial functions associated with assigned departments including month end closing estimate and budgetary process
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation monthly
• Consolidate and summarize budgets, analyzing actual expense to budget
• Code invoices for accounts payable with correct GL coding
• Analyze and reconcile expenses monthly
• Timely and accurate variance analysis and reporting (vs. prior forecast, budget and prior year)
• Review expense reports to ensure adherence to company policy and proper coding
• Interaction and communication with various business partners
• Assist in preparation of sales and margin forecast

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting

Education: Bachelor’s in accounting preferred

Skills: 

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High proficiency in Excel
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• SAP, Essbase, Concur  knowledge a plus
