Position Overview
The Analyst will support the Director and Manager of Capital Accounting and be responsible for controlling, monitoring and reporting on all workflow within the department and at the capital project level. This individual will assist multiple businesses to ensure timely and accurate reporting of fixed asset expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist Accenture with processing and follow up of key financial documents associated with a construction project including PO’s, vendor payment, bid reviews, and contracts ensuring compliance with company policy.
· Manage vendor relationships including vendor inquiries and set up in accounts payable system.
· Review and audit capital expenditure spend by project to ensure accuracy and monitor spend versus budget.
· Assist in monthly account reconciliation review and clearing of all reconciling items.
· Communicate and answer inquiries with different business teams within HBC and L&T including the offshore team.
· Prepare ad-hoc reporting as required.
· Act as point person for all Multiview users
· Track and collect vendor credits due for capital projects ensuring that funds are collected in accordance with signed contracts
· Work with project managers to prepare quarterly and year end accruals
