Our client, a prestige beauty brand, is seeking a Field Sales Director for their New York location. This role is responsible for adhering to sales plans and delegating goals within the territory. Job Description: • Drive sales and key categories • Expand retailer relationship opportunities, making sure to partner with retailers on event planning, hiring, and any location/ merchandising needs. • Strategize store visits to ensure staff is motivated and meeting company goals • Involvement in market tours to stay informed with current trends in the industry • Analyze sales data by comparing plans to previous years • Recruit and hire staff and freelance support Job Requirements: • 7-10 years of experience in prestige beauty sales management • College Degree in marketing or business • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong data analysis skills • Willingness and ability to travel frequently While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
