We are looking for new dynamic talent to join our team as a
Business Developer / Executive Recruiter.
We believe someone with a background in

• Social Media Marketing and Sales could develop an important
channel of business for us,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research, identify and recruit candidates for our existing
searches

• Conduct thorough candidate interviews

• Research leads and make extensive cold and warm calls

• Manage searches including taking references and debriefing
candidates and clients and negotiating candidate offers and
comp packages

• Keep accurate records of candidate and client activity

• Develop, maintain and grow relationships and further
business with existing clients

• Develop new client relationships and business

• Close deals

• Negotiate employment offers


KEY SELECTION CRITERIA – PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL
CHARACTERISTICS:

• Prior successful Recruiter/Business Development experience
in fashion, retail, wholesale

– OR –

• Background including success in a Business Development/
Sales role in the Fashion or Wholesale/ Consumer goods
sectors, especially in

- Footwear

– OR –

- Technology meets Fashion

– OR –

- Social Media/Marketing in Fashion

• Passion, drive, entrepreneurial, self starter, smart

• Creative, innovative, and energized with a strong commitment
to helping individuals and companies

• Demonstrated ability to develop and realize business for
his/her self and our company

• Interest in and knowledge and love of fashion and shoes

• Extremely persistent, hardworking, Energetic, and Aggressive

• Ambitious, Intelligent and Outgoing

• Able to quickly learn and process a lot of information

• Excellent writing ability and speaking voice

• Excellent computer, research, and typing skills
