EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - Temporary
Our client, a beauty company, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant for their New York City location. This administrative role will be responsible for supporting executive team members in the company.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining calendar, organizing meetings, assisting with correspondence, proofreading documents, and organizing file systems
- Arrange travel and accommodations when traveling
- Provide other dedicated administrative support, such as drafting memos and emails, prepping materials for a variety of meetings with key external partners
- Provide set up (printing, preparation, etc.) for meetings, take notes, and ensure follow up.
- Act as a gatekeeper with other employees and external partners
- Support various special projects, such as event support and systematizing internal communication.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous experience supporting an executive
- Ability to organize, plan, schedule, determine priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
