EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

GBG Canada is seeking an Executive Assistant for a full-time opportunity which involves working with our President in its growing environment.  This is an excellent career opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast growing, positive team environment and wants to be part of a team in which the main focus is on driving the strategic development of the GBG business in Canada.  We are looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Providing support, including the production of letters, presentations and other material using extensive Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Providing administrative and office support, as needed
  • Providing support in business projects
  • Coordinating the mailing of documents, fax and emails
  • Photocopying and filing
  • Booking international travels
  • Booking appointments, manage calendars, schedule meetings
  • Managing phone calls
  • Managing expenses

Qualifications:

  • Postsecondary diploma / university degree in Business Administration, or related fields or related experience, secretarial studies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (advanced Word and PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Previous experience as senior executive assistant to a senior level executive as President
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High confidential standards and ability to exercise good judgment
  • High professionalism
  • Bilingualism(English/French)
