Executive Administrative Assistant- TH Marketing
Position Summary:
The Executive Admin Assistant supports the EVP, Global Creative Services in all areas of the business, including calendar management, travel plans, showroom management, and market support and expense reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Acts as gatekeeper to EVP’s calendar
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Assist with calendar management, including interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants
- Perform general office duties including ordering supplies and water, maintaining files, coordinating with IT to resolve issues, managing new employee set-up, etc.
- Read and respond to emails
- Manage travel plans for EVPs and book travel for sales and planning teams
- Complete and submit expense reports, including verifying backup and providing G/L coding
- Maintains and distributes reports
- Coordinate activities for on-site and off-site meetings and events, including ordering food, researching venues, developing budget, sending invitations
Qualifications:
- College Degree
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
- Professional demeanor and proactive approach
- Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
- MS Office and MS Outlook;
- High level of proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to think and act independently
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities
- Strong analytical skills
- Internet research
