EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Merchandise office. The Executive Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the assigned EVP GMM, GVP’s, SVP, VP’s and Directors. Completing special projects; maintain office contact information, analyze technical materials and data; prepare presentations, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, gather and completion of all materials for conference call and correspondence.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Manage travel expenses, calendars, and travel itinerary
- Collect and compile information, and analyze data
- Coordinate meetings and calls
- Identify needs and initiate projects independently
- Assist with event planning and coordination of event logistics
- Critical and innovative thinker with strong problem solving skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to manage rapidly shifting priorities
- Act as a liaison to other corporate groups and vendors on administrative issues
- Thoroughly understands the activities and objectives within the organization
- Extremely strong customer service orientation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports/reporting, as requested.
- Disseminate information to assigned departments
- Provide reporting and recaps
- Enter and maintain time adjustments
- Maintains supplies inventory for entire division
- Handle confidential and non-routine information
- Create and edit power point presentations, excel spreadsheets, word documents and other relevant applications with demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Assist employees with procurement of materials, telephone, computer, etc.
- Other administrative and department support, as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- 3+ years of administrative assistant
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
