passionate Customer Insights Associate to join their team in
New Jersey.
As the Customer Insights Associate, you will provide top-notch
service for customers on any potential issues and respond to
inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. This is a
fantastic opportunity for a personable and patient individual
looking to gain essential experience in the industry!
Responsibilities include: Assisting customers through phone and
email with general inquiries; providing suggestions and advice,
troubleshooting customer issues, and supporting Customer
Insights management team with related projects.
Requirements:
• At least 2-3+ years of styling experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; customer service-oriented
mindset
• E-commerce experience ideal
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights,
weekends, and holidays
• Availability to attend two week training program
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
• Computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is a seasonal role that has full-time potential after 90
days!
