EDI Analyst/Operation Support:

EDI Analyst/Operation Support:

• Monitor daily EDI activity and resolve errors promptly
• Review and assess Trading Partner Specifications and Compliance  requirements
• Test and provide troubleshooting of new and existing mapping configurations
• Set-up of new Trading Partners and requests for new EDI transactions including acceptance/compliance assurance testing
• Set up, test and maintain connectivity between trading partners either via VAN or AS2 connections
• Assist Operation Staff to resolve issues promptly, such as assisting Accounts Receivable w/chargeback resolution
• Review vendor manuals for compliance requirements and relate pertinent information to all involved
• Monitor and maintain Inventory transactions for accuracy
• Evaluate and maintain data integrity, review data and perform clean-ups accordingly
• Operate and maintain ERP functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues
• Assist programmers in making changes for efficient use of application

 Requirements:

• 4-6 years with EDI experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and able to work cross functionally with all departments
