Ecommerce SALES ASSISTANT - Home Furnishings
This ecommerce sales support position focuses on the management of customer orders from development through the start of production. This position requires communication with our design and production departments.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Work with ecommerce sales team to manage workload and deliver top quality customer service
- Print pending and to do list every morning for review
- Review sales, in stocks, flow reports, CTL on a weekly basis
- Assisting salesman with all correspondence, maintain customer files and answer all emails
- Monitor competitive product offerings
- Organized computer files in a unified manner
- Keep style binder updated
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests; including billing inquiries, relevancy issues, etc.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in related industry
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel are required.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organized, and have strong mathematical ability.

- Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
