OVERVIEW OF ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Ecommerce Manager to join our luxury heritage menswear brand.
This role will be responsible for driving the US website’s trade and managing the day to day operations of Turnbull & Asser’s US web business.
The role will oversee the Ecommerce Assistant and report into the Head of Ecommerce with a dotted line to the US Head of Marketing.
ROLE DETAIL
This role will encompass a broad range of projects across digital, and include (but will not be limited to) the following:
Sales
- Responsible for the daily, weekly and yearly budgets for the .com website
- Work with the Head of Ecommerce to identify new opportunities to increase KPIs
- Work with the UK + US merchandising function to ensure the product mix displayed online is appropriate for the market
- Manage the trading calendar in line with our business objectives and marketing plans
Reporting
- Create and adapt current ecommerce reporting to best in class to ensure the business is clear on the position of the US web business
- Identify critical metrics to report on and work with the Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing on to create action plans based on your findings
People Management
- Manage the day to day workload of the ecommerce assistant
- Look to build the team as trade increases
- Set SMART targets for the team
Content + Development
- Work with the Head of Ecommerce + Head of Marketing to identify new development opportunities specific to the .com website to increase trade
- Create and amend product and content lead webpages specific to the .com market
- Be the lead contact for the .com site with our digital creative and development agencies
REQUIREMENTS
The person in the role must have the following:
- Minimum 4 years experience within luxury B2C ecommerce
- An entrepreneurial approach to your work
- Developed management skills
- Magento experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong, demonstrable Google Analytics experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
