Internship Overview:

Do you want to work in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce?  Do you have a love for fashion and great user experiences?  Marc Fisher Footwear recently acquired the iconic Easy Spirit brand and our e-commerce team is busily moving this business to our state-of-the-art cloud-based digital platform.  We're looking for people with a passion for excellence and strong intellectual curiosity to join us in re-launching this brand for a new generation.  Successful applicants will have a well-rounded breadth of interests including operations, technical, marketing and merchandising.  You needn't have experience, but you do need a great work ethic and a natural drive to understand how and why things work, both mechanically and within the customer journey.  Work alongside a 20 year ecommerce veteran and a team of deeply skilled subject matter experts to deconstruct and reconstruct what it means to be Easy Spirit.

 

Ideal skills include:

-Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Adobe CC and/or MS Office Suites

-Interest in consumer behavior

-Understanding of post-mobile landscape of product discovery

-Understanding and basic proficiency with social media portal and ad vehicles

-Basic understanding of the major vehicles for driving customers to a digital commerce platform

-HTML & CSS skills, even basic ones, are a big plus
