ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

  • Answer all customer emails/calls to solve inquiries related to product issues and stock availability, placing orders on back end for customers.
  • Keep up with current trends and styles to help provide customers with the best shopping experience and potentially create sales.
  • Handle Elie Tahari, Tahari, T-Tahari, and Tahari Home Divisions for customer related issues.
  • Reach out to appropriate Depts. and Licensing vendors to find a resolution for the best customer experience.
  • Process returns, merchandise credits and exchanges in a timely manner while still maintaining the day, weekly budget.
  • Locate missing items in retail stores and outlets to transfer directly to client.
  • Review fraud orders and dispute chargebacks
