ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR

Perry Ellis International is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator.  This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting Ecommerce site managers with operational and organizational tasks that support initiatives of the Ecommerce merchandising department. We are looking for an individual who is a multi-tasker and has great organization skills. This position is based out of our headquarters in Miami, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

     * Supports and assists Ecommerce site managers with item, UPC and sku creation/generation

     * Manages and executes photo samples and shot list process with high level of accuracy and meeting all deadlines

     * Attends necessary photoshoots to ensure shots meet department guidelines and standards

     * Executes upload process; ensures new products are uploaded to website in timely manner and partners with cross functional teams to resolve any issues

     * Follows up on open purchase order report and ensures status of orders is updated correctly

     * Creates transfer and make up orders in systems

     * Builds strong partnerships with cross functional team members and supports all brand initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

     * Bachelor's degree in a related business field

     * Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and/or Google Applications

     * Effective Communication skills

     * Efficient and able to prioritize effectively

     * Organized and detail oriented

     * Flexible and adaptable to changing environment

     * Team player

     * Resourceful
