Responsibilities:

eCommerce Co-ordinator - Fixed Term Contract

 

The eCommerce Co-ordinator will work cross-functionally to support the eCommerce product lifecycle across all European eCommerce websites at Kate Spade New York. Oversee and manage all activity related to the merchandising, sales and general administration of Kate Spade’s European eCommerce websites.

 

You will have gained prior experience within a fast paced fashion retail environment and have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a continually changing, rapidly growing and dynamic environment.

 

You will demonstrate a clear understanding of retail metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and display the ability to execute online visual merchandising strategies and business objectives on time and within defined scope.

 

Job Description - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Regular product uploads onto site(s), including but not limited to; management of the Web Catalogue, creation and uploading of Product Upload files and on-site product assortment visual merchandising.
  • Daily product visual merchandising on site; supporting the development of VM guidelines while remaining agile and responsive to trade requirements.
  • Execute the monthly site refresh; including but not limited to: merchandising, copy, content and imagery review and alignment, stock deliveries. Provide clear updates to all teams.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship & processes with the translations agency, to ensure content accuracy, process efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity across all Europe domains through daily site checking, working with all content teams to resolve quickly all errors.
  • Run weekly trade and web analytics reporting to support the team to analyse product performance.
  • Collaborate with US Creative Teams to ensure all assets are delivered within defined timelines.
  • Attend Daily Stand Ups, partnering with Digital Marketing to insure all communications are streamlined.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects that arise within the eCommerce Team.

Qualifications:

 

  • Highly motivated, with at least two years of experience within an Ecommerce environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of website analytics software, including but not limited to Google Analytics.
  • Experience of Accessories, Apparel and Footwear site merchandising or equivalent.
  • Background in marketing, merchandising, business management or equivalent preferred.

This is a Fixed Term opportunity commencing June 2017 until September 2017 at which our requirments will be reviewed.

 

This role is based in London, England so applicants must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK.
