E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for supporting the Elie Tahari E-commerce department, reporting directly to the Director of E-commerce. 

Responsibilities:

• Own daily website QA 
• Coordinate launch assets 
• Complete product uploads
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all product and content launches
• Assist in product presentation and customer experience enhancements to ensure a best-in-class experience across all devices
• Assist in implementing site merchandising strategies
• Manage samples for photo shoots 
• Assist on E-commerce photo shoots as needed 
• Assist with web calendar maintenance
• Create accurate and timely weekly reporting and analysis of sales and site KPI’s 
• Assist with third party communication in executing web development projects 
• Collaborate interdepartmentally on E-commerce needs

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce (luxury goods focus preferred)
• Understanding of current E-Commerce best practices and technological capabilities
• Proficient in M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Photoshop a plus 
• Must be resourceful, collaborative, and extremely detail-oriented    
• Must possess organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
