Start-up E-commerce Contemporary Apparel Brand seeking a Domestic Production Manager in Los Angeles!

The ideal candidate has worked for at least 2-5 years in luxury level apparel production. You must have knowledge of luxury level construction/sewing techniques, technical design, and ideally some pattern making knowledge.  We're looking for someone to grow with the company and help elevate the brand even further!

Responsibilities include:

- management of luxury domestic production timelines, sewing contractors and vendors

- sourcing and purchasing fabrics and trims in collaboration with design and development team

- develop time and action calendars

- track POs and subsequent shipments from vendors to warehouse, of both fabric/trim and finished garments

- support costing process in conjunction with design/development team

- manage product integrity - lab dips, dye lots, washing effect, hand feel and general flow of

production processes

- BOMs and cut tickets

- TOP, PPS, sample organization

- quality control standards
