About the Position The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing an omni-channel marketing strategy and communications plan that drives traffic and growth for the brand. This individual is responsible for seasonal planning, media strategy and execution to support brand goals of shifting perception, new client acquisition and retention.
Key Accountabilities oSeasonal Planning: Leads planning and oversees marketing execution, including collaborative planning, goal setting, creation of briefs for season, stories and campaigns oEnsures cohesive, omni-channel storytelling through on-brand creative and effective channel strategies that deliver upon the brand’s marketing and advertising objectives oProvides marketing insights and develops strategies to support and grow key business initiatives within the brand oOversees ROI analysis and reporting for all campaigns oConceptualizes, develops and packages brand marketing materials to support internal marketing events and Associate needs oLeads store marketing strategy – driving traffic through storytelling and experience; ensures fullest expression of key initiatives in store oLeads social media oLeads brand relationship and strategy with internal private label credit card partners. oImplements client segmentation strategy across channels oServes as a key marketing strategy partner to merchant, design, client experience and planning and allocation partners oResponsible for executive and cross-functional hindsighting
