Director, Communications & Content - PVH Corp.

The Director of Content and Communication will help to inform, inspire and engage associates through thoughtful and strategic communications. Help evolve the tone of the Company’s communications to associates and provide advice, direction, and execution for all-associate and targeted internal messaging campaigns across our platforms.

The communications range from organizational memos, developing and executing editorial series, to advising internal functions, and executive messaging. You’ll pitch ideas, manage, and create various forms of content for our platforms, including intranet, social media accounts, video, associate newsletters, digital signage and a YouTube channel.


  • Help shape and inform department strategy as a senior member of the PVH Comm team, bringing a creative and editorial lens to the conversation
  • Idea generation, storytelling, and writing are all required skills
  • Create content and series that align with business goals
  • Executive messaging
  • Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communications and the ability to influence behavioral change. Report back to business leaders
  • Finds ways to enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and evolving existing comm vehicles for greater impact
  • Work closely with brand and key functional partners on initiatives and where applicable, make sure internal and external messages are aligned
  • Manage internal and external channels (e.g., newsletter, intranet, blogs, YouTube, etc.)
  • ‪Develop and maintain awareness of editorial calendars and the needs of business departments across the globe to maintain communications synchronicity
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment and can easily change direction when urgent communication needs arise


  • 7-10 years of experience within communications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal audience with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • The ability to translate business needs into compelling messages
  • Must possess strong time management skills with an ability to focus and manage
  • Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate at all job levels
  • Must be a proactive, multi-tasking self-starter
