Digital Planning Analyst - FASHION

REPORTS To:  Manager of Specialty Accounts

LOCATION: New York Showroom

French Connection USA, an established global retailer seeks an experienced Digital Planning Analyst to support the VP of Sales & Merchandising and all Wholesale online account initiatives.  The Digital Planning Analyst will work with the US internal Sales teams and external agencies to deliver and improve French Connection’s sales and marketing campaigns for online accounts. The role will involve working on wholesale marketing initiatives (SEO, PPC), and online segmentation tools as well as assisting with the onsite content strategy.

The Ideal candidate is a technical but well grounded problem solver and a team player, with the ability to manage multiple workflows, wanting to work in a dynamic environment that faces new challenges every day. The ability to communicate and translate technical vision and new ideas is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information, sales progress and optimize ROI in a transparent and efficient manner as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve business goals.
  • Report weekly and monthly utilizing these analytic tools.
  • Develop an understanding of the e-commerce industry, major digital advertising channels and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and Deliver the highest level of customer service with key digital accounts.
  • Client management and account strategy development - you will be responsible for both customer retention and customer growth.
  • Successfully interface with digital account platforms and support teams to operate business and promptly resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Evaluate, recommend and execute paid search strategies, specifically AMS for Amazon.
  • Understand Amazon's display advertising opportunities and tools so as to build relevant advertising solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience, ideally selling within the digital space and specifically with Amazon. This is not an entry level position for student’s right out of college.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B and B2C environment.
