DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

General Overview:

Responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts that support our online, retail and wholesale business. The DMM will implement, optimize, organize and track our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. These channels include but are not limited to SEO, SEM, email, organic, social, affiliate, retargeting, display and referral marketing. This candidate must be able to manage this through the help of a digital marketing agency or in-house. In addition to digital marketing responsibilities, a strong technical knowledge of ecommerce, end-to-end POS/inventory management, and CRM/Database management, taxing systems (Avalara) and analytics is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize all web, SEO, SEM, CRM, email, social media, affiliate, referral, organic, retargeting and display campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Work with large data sets to create, measure and provide key insights for online and offline campaign.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance.
  • Summarize findings in written and verbal reports to upper management.
  • Brainstorm new creative strategies for user-acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Development of company newsletters to entire database for outlet and retail
  • Plan, execute, and measure KPIs utilize A/B testing
  • Collaborate with internal teams on key deliverables and asset management
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to e valuate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to optimize conversion funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners like LinkShare, CH, Crieto, AdRoll, Facebook to manage digital campaigns
  • Prepare, format, and clean data for analysis, adhering to strict quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of the analysis
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and partnerships
  • Full P&K responsibility, creation and management
  • Develop measurement plans and reports that are relevant to our business and creative/media testing
  • Business development and maintenance
  • Building, managing and maintaining dashboards an reports to track KPIs, pipeline and revenue contribution for business unit programs and campaigns
  • Managing backend and supporting systems like Avalara, Authroize.net and others

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years with fashion apparel industry
  • Experience with and or exposure to the luxury market, multiple classifications or vendors/storesĀ
