Digital Marketing Manager

tasc Performance is a fast growing, New Orleans-based, apparel company looking for a digital marketing manager. As the digital marketing manager, you would work within the marketing department mostly developing digital strategies and creative ideas to support our brand including digital media, social media, digital experiences, website edits / updates and brand events.

We are looking for a positive go-getter with a strong work ethic, creative mind and enthusiasm to help grow an incredible brand.  

Must Haves:

  •  5+ years of digital marketing experience with production experience.
  •  2+ years of e-commerce experience.  
  •  Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other related degree.
  •  Ability to be creative in a fast pace environment.
  •  SEM and SEO experience are required.
  •  Planning and execution of digital campaigns, in particular programmatic strategies
  •  Experience with 3rd party ad servers.
  •  Strong analytical and data-driven experience.
  •  Experience in budgeting and time lining campaigns.
  •  Familiar with 3rd party social media tools.
  •  Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  •  Data-driven mindset.
  •  Google AdWords and Google Analytics Certified is a plus.

Duties:

  • Work in the marketing department to create a strategy to increase brand awareness, acquisition and sales across all digital channels.
  • Oversee digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success and refine strategy for website, social media, mobile, content and email marketing activity.
  • RFP, plan, execute and traffic digital marketing plans through 3rd party ad server, Sizmek.
  • Analyze ecommerce product performance and recommend strategies for product sell through.
  • Analyze data conclude ROI for all creative, trends and overall performance.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on all digital channels including site, campaigns, product, promotion, social and customer experience team.
  • Help with creative solutions to make customers aware of tasc Performance. 
  • Strategize weekly and automated email marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to promotional, messaging and branding strategies on and offline.
  • Collaborate on store event marketing strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership, identify trends in emerging technologies and implement best practices for digital marketing, including: analytics, SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing.

Approx Salary: $70,000
