We have an exciting opportunity to work with a women's brand based in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of knits and activewear
• BA degree from accredited art/fashion school
• 4+ years of experience in apparel design
• CAD proficiency (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure cohesive brand statement that is fashion appropriate
• Partner with Merchants to develop initial design concepts with follow through to completion/presentation of product
• Communicate with overseas vendors and factories
• Maintain brand integrity throughout the Design/Development process through partnership with Color, Technical Design, Merchandising, Product Development and across all Design categories
• Responsible for designing, hand sketching, flat sketching, specing,and maintaining BOM Work with team to research and select color ways, fabric, and trim
• Create, maintain and edit tech packs
