DESIGNER - For All Categories - Infant / Toddler

Job Type: Full Time

We are an infant-toddler footwear, hosiery and accessories
company that handles licensees and private label.

The designer will manage and support design with cad sheets &
tech packs. He/she will contribute to the developments of
seasonal concepts, communicate with the design team and
assists in the team's preparation for meetings and special
projects.


Responsibilities:

• Research color and trend analysis

• Generate tech packs

• Create sketches / color CADs

• Responsible for creating tech packs and correction specs for
all samples

• Maintain specification changes and update technical drawing
throughout development process.

• Facilitate the transition of styles from design concept /
first prototype to a final, production-ready sample. make
appropriate fit and construction

• Adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity
of design-approved prototypes while monitoring quality and
targeted price. Communicate with overseas and domestic
factories

• Perform other duties as required.


Requirements:

• Ability to work as a team

• Creative with a degree in Design

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of design experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop

• Excellent organization & presentation skills

• Works well in a fast paced atmosphere

• Background in footwear, hosiery & winter accessories a plus

• Detail oriented and Self-motivated
