Data/Logistics Analyst

 Responsibilities:

•  Help oversee all outbound orders in 3PL warehouse.
•  Knowledgeable in retailer vendor standards manual/routing guides.
•  Provide any special documentation to 3PL as needed – packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.
•  Create retailer work orders for approval before submitting to 3PL.
•  Responsible for creating invoices of shipped orders in ERP system as well as any manual submissions of invoices in vendor portals/EDI as necessary.
•  Creating Return Authorizations in ERP system as requested by Sales Team as well as receiving and crediting RA’s.
•  Updating Daily Shipping Reports and tracking/saving all POD’s/BOL’s for all outbound shipments.
•  Gain an understanding of the operational, and logistical process behind a wholesale business.
•  Learn how the departments interact from the beginning of the product life-cycle (design, production, operations, logistics, finance)

Qualifications and Skills •

• Must be extremely detail oriented, comfortable working with data and detailed spreadsheets.
• MS Excel experience w/ basic functions. • Willing to learn Onia’s various inventory control and order management systems (SAP, NuOrder, Magento, 3PLs’ WMS).
• Experience working with 3PL warehouse.
