CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Overview:
The Donna Karan Company LLC, one of the world's leading fashion design houses, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Sales team based in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting of the showroom pre & post appointments
- Taking over all of systems/ PLM once market opens
- Receives orders from accounts to be entered in PLM/ ACS
- Continue with balance of customer service function
- Assist Sales Team with accounts/ appointments etc
- Responsible for samples after market has opened (send out, shoot needs etc)
- Take notes during appointments & distribute to team by EOD
- Order maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Exceptional organizational & analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
