CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We have an exciting career opportunity in our LeSportsac team for an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Some KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS include the following:

• Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant customer information to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Perform customer verifications.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Manage customers' accounts.
• Record details of customer inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.
• Handle administration duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 + years’ experience in a customer service role
• Microsoft Office experience required. (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills required
• Excellent problem solving skills
