Customer Service Rep

Summary:

We are looking for a customer service representative to act as a liaison between sales, logistics and the customer to resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with efficiency while ensuring all orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Run daily open order reports for assigned brands to ensure orders have been entered and allocated
  • Work closely with order entry and logistics teams on timely processing and shipping of orders
  • Monitor inventory & incoming factory orders against assigned accounts and communicate any issues to sales executives
  • Provide exemplary support to customers and sales executives for assigned accounts
  • Assist in new account setup and account maintenance
  • Daily administration and account follow up
  • Other duties as needed

Education/Experience:

  • College degree required
  • Prior office experience required

Skills:

  • Exceptional follow up skills required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong layout and presentation skills
