Customer Service Rep
Summary:
We are looking for a customer service representative to act as a liaison between sales, logistics and the customer to resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with efficiency while ensuring all orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Run daily open order reports for assigned brands to ensure orders have been entered and allocated
- Work closely with order entry and logistics teams on timely processing and shipping of orders
- Monitor inventory & incoming factory orders against assigned accounts and communicate any issues to sales executives
- Provide exemplary support to customers and sales executives for assigned accounts
- Assist in new account setup and account maintenance
- Daily administration and account follow up
- Other duties as needed
Education/Experience:
- College degree required
- Prior office experience required
Skills:
- Exceptional follow up skills required
- Effective communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook
- Superior organizational skills
- Strong layout and presentation skills
