POSITION SUMMARY:
As Customer Service Manager with our mid-sized swimwear company you will manage a team of two CS Reps. and provide support for an outside sales team of eight. We are looking for an energetic, forward thinking person that has a great attention for detail and great communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory allocation.
- Managing staff of 2 customer service reps.
- Provides daily support to outside sales reps.
- Oversee all daily EDI functions.
- Will work closely with the CEO, Production team & Director of Logistics on a daily basis in order to have accurate info on availability of inventory.
- Will provide analytic reporting on all inventory and order fulfillment.
- Tracks all end of year inventory and works with closeout vendors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clear & direct communication skills.
- Min 5 years of experience required.
- Swimwear/Garment industry experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of EDI.
- Advanced AS400 user.
- Great attention to detail.
- Highly motivated.
- Able to multi-task.
