CUSTOMER SERVICE AR / AP
In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative and customer service-oriented tasks such as performing order entry, answering phones, resolving customer claims, confirming orders, and following-up with payment and credit concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain wholesale account service, including but not limited to inventory checks, customer order entry, and repair processing.
- Data entry to better improve company efficiency.
- Act as liaison with designated Sales Rep on additional duties needed.
- Coordinate with other team members on additional needs accordingly.
Requirements:
Must have at least two years’ experience in a customer service role and the following:
- Data entry/inventory management background.
- Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Positive, helpful and willing to take on tasks in a high paced environment.
- Able to think quickly and problem solve effectively.
- EDI experience is a plus.
