CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE - Luxury Fashion Start-up

Salary/Rate: $15/hr

Our client, a luxury fashion start-up, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative with passion for servicing clients and creating a comfortable customer experience. The office, located in downtown Manhattan, is innovative and upbeat with beautiful décor and natural lighting.

Position Overview: The Customer Experience Representative will be the point of contact for customers to help solve issues and concerns, answer questions and respond to feedback. A person who is organized, upbeat and extremely proactive does very well in this role. You will work closely with all members of the Operations Team. This is a long-term, temporary role.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative: 

  • Manage all incoming phone calls, emails, voicemails and follow up contacts
  • Continuously brainstorm ways to improve the customers' experience
  • Understand and speak to all the services that are provided
  • Ability to empathize is a must - your role is to be a problem-solver, advocate, and concierge for the customers
  • Communicate higher level issues to the correct contact within the company
  • Must be comfortable working evening hours, until about 10:00pm

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Representative: 

  • 1-3 years in a customer service position
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Open to a long term temporary position

Education Requirements: 

  • B.A. preferred
