Corporate Responsibility Programs Specialist - PVH Corp.

The Corporate Responsibility Programs Specialist plays a critical role in liaising with PVH business divisions to drive business integration and partnering with PVH wholesale customers and licensors to foster alignment on CR activities. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder and communicator of CR subject-matter, as well as possess an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of responsible purchasing practices materials including guidance tools, surveys, trainings, and case studies
  • Liaise with supply chain teams and business functions to provide visibility to and foster awareness of the factory-related CR impacts associated with their functional responsibilities
  • Partner with business divisions to onboard new factories, monitor factory exits, report subcontractors, track order volumes, and ensure CR assessments on a timely basis
  • Collaborate with corporate and offshore CR teams to ensure that CR program developments account for third party vendor, wholesale customer, and licensor-relationships
  • Input into the drafting and roll-out of critical CR policies and procedures, with a focus on the application to third party vendors, wholesale customers, and licensors
  • Keep abreast of wholesale customer and licensor CR requirements, monitor business division compliance with those requirements, and support business divisions in fulfilling those requirements
  • Partner with wholesale customers and licensors on immediate CR requirements and foster alignment with external business partners on CR activities

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external business partners and with overseas teams
  • Ability to develop and manage project plans and associated materials
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think quickly, produce deliverables in a timely manner, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend preventive courses of action
  • Knowledge of product development, wholesale, licensing, supply chain management, and human rights and environmental sustainability in the apparel sector is strongly recommended
  • Adept written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences including external stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach, strong work ethic, and effective stress management
  • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
