Corporate Customer Service Representative

Job Description HBC is looking for a Customer Service Rep, - Corporate. This person would receive and handle wide array of customer issues cross channel and cross banner. To accomplish this successfully, the candidate must be able to seek expert resolution while addressing root causes in effort to prevent recurrence; seek better approaches that enhance the customer experience; be expert in problem solving so as to seek and achieve solutions; possess expert language skills that enable proper written and verbal communication throughout the organization, and with our customers; be a team player and possess the ability to grow relationships to enhance job performance; see beyond the immediate issue to broader consequences; possess passion for delivering on the highest service standards in the industry     
Additional Responsibilities: •Own a segment of issues – i.e., from Saks full line, O5, L&T, or from the BBB, and manage the resolution of all issues expertly•Support MNR and Excessive Return processes and seek/manage better controls and financial practices to achieve improved results; aid in expansion cross banner  •Identify opportunities for broader impact on service scores/performance cross banner   •Record and capture data (in CSMART) re: issues that flow through this office and prepare quantitative reporting for the organization that is actionable
Qualifications

•College degree; HBC Store experience desired (not required)

•Excellent Communication skills  

•Advanced Excel; Word; PowerPoint
