Job SummaryThis position is part of the all-banner copy team that supports digital and print initiatives for Saks Fifth Avenue, Off Fifth, Lord & Taylor, Hudson’s Bay, and Gilt. This role will be responsible for writing affiliate banners, SMS, and subject lines as well as proofreading digital and print assets.
Essential Functions-Create impactful customer-facing copy for affiliate banners, SMS, and subject lines-Ensure editorial copy and marketing messages are consistent across brand assets-Proofread digital and print assets-Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams
Additional responsibilities-Contribute to digital projects when needed, specifically site, emails, and editorials-Contribute to print projects when needed, specifically catalogs, store visuals, and signage Qualifications Qualifications
-3+ years experience as a writer in a retail, publishing or agency environment-Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines-Proven ability to work across teams and distill marketing and merchandising initiatives intocreative content-Works proactively to solve problems-Exceptional proofreading and time management skills-Self- starter who is detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player
