Coordinator, Site Content & Co-Op

Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in planning & analyzing Saks.com site content and digital marketing co-op programs. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will develop cross-functional working relationships with category management, acquisition marketing, merchandising operations and Integrated Marketing. The successful candidate is a self-motivator, possessing strong organizational and analytical skills.

 

  • Partnership with Digital Specialist to analyze, manage and distribute Saks.com site content & editorial event performance weekly, and leverage findings for future planning.
  • Build co-op recap decks for assigned categories, and additional category support when necessary. Will work cross-functionally on gathering all vendor specific information and screenshots in aesthetically pleasing format.
  • Create and maintain digital marketing decks, creative briefs, and internal documents as needed.
  • Assist in creative brief requests and asset management for co-op acquisition campaigns as needed.
  • Enter co-op campaign billing & monitor updates and discrepancies for Finance purposes.
  • Collect digital co-op chargebacks for Finance purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing.
  • 0-2 years digital marketing, retail or agency professional experience preferred.
  • Strong Analytical skills (understand key metrics and develop action plans using that data); comfortable with data.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing workload with very strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to quickly ascend a learning curve. Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards multiple assignments.
  • Excellent computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Strong skills within Excel a MUST.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology changes and upgrades.
  • Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Omniture, nice to have.
  • Familiarity with basic acquisition channel tactics (display media, paid search/SEO, affiliates), nice to have.
