CONTROLLER - High-End Fur Brand

High-end fur brand seeks controller with finance and operations background to lead their finance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform company-wide sales and expenses
• Familiar with computing gross and net monthly profit
• Can manage monthly closing
• 2 Direct reports: 1 AR Manager, 1 Inventory Specialist, 15 People total in office
• Can manage Accounts Payable
• Comfortable with 150 Bank Transactions Per Month
• Is able to work through 150 Credit Transactions Per Month, uses a 3rd party website for credit transactions
• Can use ‘VSR’ – Financial Computing System
• Record Journal Entries for all sales
• Able to tie in ‘gross profit’ to the VSR System
• Update inventory via Quickbooks
• Inserts gross profit to quick books
• Responsible for paying all company bills on time
• Managing company insurance
• Candidate needs basic accounting/Journal Entries
